Brook is a Tampa native, having gone to Hillsborough County public schools and graduating from Plant High School, he then graduated from the University of Florida in 1992. Brook graduated from South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas in 1996. He is married and has two daughters. Brook enjoys spending time with his family and attends Palma Ceia Presbyterian Church.
Brook is currently a member of the Florida Bar, the Florida Justice Association, the Hillsborough County Bar Association, and the Tampa Bay Trial Lawyers Association and is a former member of the American Bar Association and the American Association For Justice.
Brook has extensive experience in the courtroom. Having tried hundreds of trials to verdict, Brook is often asked to help other attorneys with their personal injury jury trials and provide them with the litigation support they need to be successful in the courtroom.
